Autonomous Drone (UAV & UAS) Surveillance Control Room Furniture

Drone surveillance is becoming more and more commonplace in the Civil Security and Military Anti-Terrorism fields. Drones are more cost-effective than helicopters or planes and allow for quick deployment in critical scenarios. Currently, facilities are building out control rooms specifically for the function of drone monitoring and operation. These drone specific control rooms feature custom furniture built for the unique demands of monitoring and operation of UAV equipment.

• UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) – An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (or uncrewed aerial vehicle, commonly known as a drone) is an aircraft without a human pilot on board and a type of unmanned vehicle.
• UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) – A UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) includes not only the UAV (or drone), but also the person on the ground controlling the flight and the system in place that connects both of them.
